WHAT IS A C.S.A. PROGRAM?
Community Supported Agriculture
A CSA is an exclusive membership program where participants receive shares of high quality vegetables or meats during weekly/monthly pick ups. Our vegetables are certified organic and grown right on Dogwood Farms in Hillsborough, NJ. All of our certified organic chicken, pasture raised pork, and grass fed lamb is raised at Dogwood Farms and the certified organic beef is raised in Pennsylvania at Sugar Hill Farm. Becoming a CSA Member is one of the best ways to directly support and maintain local farms while putting better food on your table!

Things to know about OUr C.S.A?
A CSA can be risky because of factors that are out of the our control. There are times when weather, pests, or disease can wreak havoc, thus some CSA crops may not succeed. This inevitably impacts what is offered in the share for the season. To mitigate this risk we plant over 80 varieties of different vegetables and some fruits. Please feel free to reach out if there are any questions about this aspect of our CSA membership program.
Why all the money up front? This early season investment in the farm provides essential operating funds for the farm to get the season going i.e. labor, seeds, supplies, equipment. That being said we want everyone to be able to participate in our program and offer personalized payment plans to fit any budget. Please Email Jon@Dogwoodfarmsnj.com for plan options.
Why are there differing prices for your shares? Due to the high price of online credit card processing we offer reduced prices for shares purchased with a cash or check which is easy to do at our farm store during business hours.
Checks can made out and mailed to:
